Terms & Conditions
- All rates are per apartment per night in UK sterling.
- Check in time is at 14.00 and check out time is 12.00. (if available earlier check in and later check out times can be arranged).
- Arrangements can be made to store your luggage until apartments are ready at 14.00.
- Payment can be made over the phone by credit or debit card. Cheques made from a UK bank account will be accepted. Bank transfers can be made. Payment must reach our account net of all bank charges.
- If your booking commences within 28 days, full payment is required at the time of booking.
If your booking commences later than 28 days, a 20% deposit is payable on booking with the balance due 28 days prior to arrival. This payment will be deducted from your account without further notification. If funds are not available, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation and retain the 20% deposit as a cancellation fee.
- If the booking is cancelled more than 14 days prior to commencement of your stay, a cancellation fee equivalent to 20% of the full payment is charged.
- If the booking is cancelled between 7 and 14 days prior to commencement of your stay, a cancellation fee equivalent to 30% of the full payment is charged.
- If the booking is cancelled less than 7 days, 40% of the full payment is charged.
- If it is possible for us to re-let the accommodation, an adminstration fee will be charged subject to our discretion.
- Credit card/debit card prints will be required on or prior to arrival to cover all phone calls, extras, damage and/or breakages, loss of keys, fobs and parking passes and you agree to that Apartfromthehotel is authorised to use such imprints to cover such costs.
- Apart From The Hotel and Sheffield City Lettings accept no liability for loss of property, theft, damage or personal injury that occurs whilst in our properties. Cars at parked on site at the owner's risk.
